Jim Beatty has worked for almost 20 years in the fitness and wellness industry and has helped thousands of people to change their lives by leading, educating, and coaching them through exercise, fitness, and real-world nutrition principles. 

Jim has a degree in Exercise Physiology from Lock Haven University, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Jim is also a Certified Adventure Boot Camp Instructor through NESTA, and certified Post-Rehab Specialist.

His attention to detail and skilled assessments lead to effective and efficient workout programs designed specifically to your needs and goals. Jim believes in training the body from the inside out in order to develop proper alignment and build a solid foundation, which will help you achieve more than you thought possible.

Jim is an active member of The Be Better Project, a collection of the top trainers in the country working together to bridge the gap between fitness and medicine. Jim is able to help you lose weight and improve your body fat, able to balance your strengths and weaknesses to alleviate pain and improve performance, and to positively affect Endocrine System function to have you healthy and fit on the inside as well as on the outside.

Laura Beatty

Laura Beatty has worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years and is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM). She graduated from West Chester University with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology, and is currently pursuing a certification as a Functional Movement Specialist.


Laura has gained a lot of experience in the industry through managing teams of trainers at one of the busiest and most prestigious health clubs on the Main Line. This management role along with her experience as a college rugby player has helped her learn how to "get things done." Whatever your needs or goals are… to lose weight, get stronger, train for a specific event, or just make your life easier and better, Laura can help you reach your goals.

BJ Davis is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He attended Millersville University where he excelled as a soccer player and has taken that team experience into his training.


BJ is an expert in the areas of sport performance, speed, agility, and quickness. In the fitness industry for over 10 years, BJ manages a top corporate fitness site along with training professional, college, and high school athletes, including the Former #1 Squash Player in the world.

Michael Marinas

Michael is a Certified Personal Trainer with American Council on Exercise. He attended San Diego Mesa College where he got his Fitness Specialist Certificate, and plans on continuing his education pursuing a degree in Kinesiology.


Michael has been in the fitness industry in both commercial and corporate settings, helping a diverse population in reaching their health and fitness goals.


Michael has great knowledge in the areas of strength training, resistance and weight training, and proper nutrition to help build and rebuild the body. Michael's personal fitness goals have brought him into national Men's Physique Competitions, and has competed the past two years placing 4th in his first competition and 3rd his second.


His intense training style will help you to achieve whatever goal you’d like. Whether you're looking to build muscle, burn body fat, or just improve overall quality of life, Michael is your guy!
